Horizon Scanning System (HSS) - An Overview

Objective: Work package 7 of EUnetHTA is subdivided into two strands: The development of a structured information service relevant to policy makers on high-volume, costly and rapidly developing emerging technologies, is the task of WP 7/strand B. The work will be carried out in close cooperation with EUROSCAN. The assessment of existing "emerging tech"- programmes that is carried out in part 1 provides the basis for defining structures and processes for setting priorities in the selection of technologies and developing a first pilot newsletter.
