Clinical epidemiology

Advanced training course held by Gerald Gartlehner, MD, MPH

The first advanced training course of the LBI-HTA deals with the evaluation of clinical studies. The participants shall develop a deep understanding of epidemiology and will receive a survey about producing a systematic review (procedure, problems, trends). As a practical example a RCT is critically evaluated. Gerald Gartlehner, the trainer, will be able to contribute valuable information due to his profound experience he gained in his job at the Evidence-based Practice Center in North Carolina.

The training is not open to the public, only invited persons can join the group of participants.
