Symposium: Using Economic Evaluation in Decision Making; Festakt: Wechsel der Geschäftsführung
Palais Strozzi, Josefstädter Straße 39, 1080 Vienna
The event on March 17th, 2025, at Palais Strozzi in Vienna is a combination of a symposium and a celebratory event. The symposium focuses on economic evaluation in the decision-making processes in the healthcare system, covering topics such as principles of economic evaluation, equity and environmental considerations, and practical approaches from different countries. The program also includes a panel discussion and will also serve as a valuable impulse generator and kick-off for the development of a guideline for health economic evaluation in Austria.
The day concludes with a formal ceremony marking the change of management at HTA Austria - Austrian Institute for Health Technology Assessment (AIHTA), followed by a buffet and drinks.
