Enforcement Procedure
If you are not satisfied with the response received through the contact options listed above, you may submit a complaint to the Complaints Office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the Complaints Office contact form. The FFG will assess whether the complaint relates to violations of the requirements of the Web Accessibility Act (WZG), particularly shortcomings in compliance with accessibility requirements by the Austrian federal government or organisations attributable to it. Where a complaint is found to be justified, the FFG will issue recommendations to the federal government or the relevant legal entities and propose measures to remedy the identified shortcomings.
