Jule Pleyer has been employed as a research associate at the AIHTA since November 2024. She augmented her Bachelor's degree in Social Work with a Master's degree in Public Health from Bielefeld University in Germany and a European Master of Public Health (EMPH) through her guest studies in Governance and Leadership in European Public Health at Maastricht University. She served as a research assistant at Bielefeld University from 2022 to 2024, initially within the Environment & Health Research Group, School of Public Health, and subsequently at the Faculty of Medicine, Department of Sustainable Environmental Health Sciences.
