Neurological conditions, such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease, are often chronic and require long-term, frequent, and intensive rehabilitation to maintain functional abilities. Telerehabilitation, for example through videoconferencing or digital platforms, is an emerging health technology that supports the delivery of rehabilitation in the home setting.

Possible research question: How effective and safe is telerehabilitation for people with neurological conditions (e.g. multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, or post-stroke conditions) compared with standard face-to-face rehabilitation or no rehabilitation in terms of improving functional outcomes and quality of life, and reducing secondary complications?
