Konstantina Toumanidou joined AIHTA as a staff member in 2026, following two years of collaboration with the institute as a freelancer. As an Information Specialist, she is responsible for performing expert literature searches, while also managing the electronic resources. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Classical Philology and is currently working on her PhD in the same field at the University of Vienna. She has many years of experience in academic libraries and has worked at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, the University of Vienna, and the American International School Vienna. At the same time, she supports the library team in electronic resources (E-Resources, Open Access, Licenses) at the Karl Landsteiner Private University of Health Sciences in Krems.
