Niccolò Borri joined AIHTA in March 2026. He holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Bologna and a bachelor’s degree in economics and management from the University of Florence. He graduated with a PhD in Economics from the Central European University in 2026, specialising in applied microeconometrics and health economics. Before joining AIHTA, he gained research experience as a research analyst at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, where he worked on a project funded by the Tuscany Region, analysing the costs of multimorbidity using administrative data.
